Pole-top imagery.
Attachment inventories.
Make-ready evidence.

For rural electric co-ops, municipal utilities, fiber contractors, and make-ready firms: route-level documentation captured from a non-contact platform.

Route Documentation

01 / Scope Non-contact documentation

We do not touch energized equipment. We document it.

Working on energized utility infrastructure requires qualified line workers, specific PPE, and approvals that do not belong in a general access contract.

What Arcaed does exceptionally well is documentation. Pole-top imagery, attachment inventories, joint-use audits, storm damage assessments, and route surveys for fiber build-out.

02 / Work What you get

Six documentation products for utility and telecom workflows.

01

Pole-top imagery

High-resolution images of pole-top hardware, insulators, transformers, cutouts, and crossarms from multiple angles.

02

Attachment inventory

Documented inventory of attachments including transformers, riser cables, ground wires, telecom strands, drop wires, and signs.

03

Make-ready evidence

Pre- and post-attachment documentation for fiber and telecom attachers.

04

Storm damage assessment

Rapid post-event route surveys with damage classification, prioritization data, and evidence for claims.

05

Route-level reporting

Sequential pole-by-pole reporting in PDF, CSV, and GIS-compatible formats.

06

Joint-use audits

Documentation supporting cost-allocation audits between pole owners and attachers.

03 / Value Why it matters

Four customer types, four reasons to call.

01

Rural electric cooperatives

Periodic route documentation, storm response assessment, and joint-use audits.

02

Municipal utilities

Asset inventory, hardening program documentation, and FEMA reimbursement support.

03

Fiber and telecom contractors

Make-ready survey documentation, route assessment, and post-attachment evidence.

04

Make-ready engineering firms

Field documentation supporting engineering analysis and make-ready deliverables.

Details Common questions

Quick answers before the first call.

Do you work on energized lines?

No. Arcaed documents from a non-contact platform. Hardware work requires qualified electrical personnel.

What pole types do you climb?

Wood, steel, and composite poles from roughly 6 inches to 24 inches in diameter.

Can circuits stay in service?

For pure non-contact documentation, the circuit can often stay in service while clearances and owner protocols are followed.

What output formats do you provide?

PDF reports, georeferenced photo libraries, CSV or Excel inventories, GeoJSON, KML, and custom integrations.

Ready for fit review?

Need this access on a real asset?

Send a photo, address, and asset count. Arcaed will confirm fit or point you to a better option.
