SVC / 01 Vertical Asset Survey

Know what you own.
Know what needs work.
Know before anything fails.

For municipalities, campuses, resorts, property managers, and industrial sites: we inventory your vertical assets and hand you a complete, photo-documented report. No climbers. No lifts. No disruption.

Timelapse Survey

01 / Problem Why this matters

Most organizations do not actually know what they own.

The streetlight count in the facilities database is from 2019. The palm tree inventory was done by a landscape contractor who left the firm. The flagpoles were inspected once, the report is in a filing cabinet, and nobody remembers when.

When you do not know what you own, you cannot budget for it, maintain it, or defend against the liability when something fails. Our survey changes that.

02 / Work What you get

One survey, seven discrete artifacts.

01

Complete asset inventory

Every pole, fixture, flagpole, palm, mast, or vertical structure within your scoped area, individually identified and located.

02

Geo-located mapping

Each asset tagged with GPS coordinates and overlaid on satellite imagery or your own property maps. Compatible with most GIS platforms.

03

Photographic documentation

High-resolution images of each asset: full structure, top-down detail, base condition, and visible defects or attachments.

04

Condition notes

Field observations on visible damage, corrosion, missing hardware, attached equipment, fronds requiring trimming, and fixtures that appear non-functional.

05

Height and dimensional data

Pole heights, approximate diameters, fixture types, and mounted equipment captured during the climb.

06

Service priority report

Each asset categorized as service required, monitor, or no action required, with clear next steps for your maintenance team.

07

Searchable digital deliverable

Web-based dashboard with filtering, sorting, and export to PDF or CSV for your CMMS, insurance file, or budget cycle.

03 / Value Why it matters

The survey pays for itself in better-quoted contracts and avoided liability.

01

Insurance and risk management

A documented inventory materially reduces exposure and supports property insurance conversations.

02

Budget planning

When you know how many flagpoles need halyard replacement and how many palms need trimming, you can budget accurately.

03

Capital project planning

LED conversions, palm replacement, and smart-lighting deployments start with knowing exactly what exists.

04

Regulatory compliance

Periodic inspection and condition reporting becomes audit-ready instead of anecdotal.

05

Vendor management

Contractors price more accurately when they know exactly what they are bidding on.

06

Operations handoff

Institutional knowledge survives staff turnover because the inventory exists as a real deliverable.

Details Common questions

Quick answers before the first call.

What assets can you survey?

Most cylindrical and square vertical assets.

What output formats do you provide?

PDF reports, photo libraries, CSV exports, GeoJSON, KML, and custom formats for many GIS or CMMS workflows.

How disruptive is a survey?

The platform deploys from a pickup-truck workflow and usually avoids bucket trucks, lifts, lane closures, and site shutdowns.

How long does the deliverable take?

Standard turnaround is typically five business days after field capture unless the project requires custom integration.
